All listed dive Dive Marshals are expected to take their turn in running a weekend's dive. If you are unable to marshal the dive on your allotted weekend then please try to swap with another Marshal. If the weather prevents a dive taking place on your allotted date please run the following weekend's dive. If everyone takes their turn it will help to spread the load evenly across qualified members.
